If you do not agree to all these terms and conditions, then you may not access the App or use the Service. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third party rights or benefits.
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you within the app. You are responsible for keeping yourself appraised of any such changes if you dismiss these notifications. If you object to any Terms of Service or any subsequent changes or you become dissatisfied with our Services in any way, your only option is to delete your account. Your continued use of our Services after we post revised Terms of Service means that you agree to the revisions. You must be at least 18 years old to download our Services.
Our Services are free to use, but your internet provider or mobile operator may still charge fees. Additionally, we offer in-app purchases for extra features if you wish to enhance your experience.
You can sign in to your account using your email address, Google account, or Facebook account. If you choose to sign in via your Facebook account, you grant us permission to access and utilize certain information from your Facebook profile. This includes, but is not limited to, your public Facebook profile, your profile picture, and any details about Facebook friends that you share in common with other users of Soulmet Pro. By doing so, you acknowledge and consent to the sharing of this information to facilitate a smoother user experience.

The Privacy Policy outlines all the information we may access, how we use it, and the security measures in place to protect your personal data. We value your privacy and strive to be transparent about how your information is handled.
3.1. You understand and agree that our Services may review and delete any content, message, photo, profile, video, sound, musical work, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that is in the sole judgment of us.
3.2. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.
3.3. By posting any Content to the public areas of the mobile application and website, you hereby grant us the non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly perform and display such Content on the mobile application and website, including without limitation distributing part or all of the mobile application and website in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on the mobile application and website or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person. You agree to pay all royalties and fees owing any person by reason of any Content you post on the mobile application and website.
3.4. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the mobile application and website. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators.
Prohibited Content includes Content that:
i. is patently offensive and promotes racism, sexism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual, any content that is obscene, pornographic or otherwise may offend human dignity.
ii. Harasses or advocates harassment of another person or contains language which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
iii. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming" or pyramid scams;
iv. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
v. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
vi. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
vii. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
viii. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses;
ix. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; or
x. involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
We reserve the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your account if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way we regard as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur off the Service but involve users you meet through the Service. The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service. You will not:
●impersonate any person or entity.
●solicit money from any users.
●harm, stalk or otherwise harass another.
●impersonate, or misrepresent your relationship with, any person or entity (this includes pretending to be minor if you are not)
●upload or transmit any Content that you do not have a right to make available, or that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any party.
●express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us without our specific prior written consent.
●use the Service in an illegal manner or to commit an illegal act.
●access the Service in a jurisdiction in which it is illegal or unauthorized.
●ask or use users to conceal the identity, source, or destination of any illegally gained money or products.
●use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine”, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
●upload or transmit software viruses or any other harmful computer code, files or programs, or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods.
●collect usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
●interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
●transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
●forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service (either directly or indirectly through the use of third-party software).
●“frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service, without our prior written authorization.
●use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to our Services or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of our Services) to direct any person to any other mobile application and website for any purpose.
●modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service any software used on or for the Service, or cause others to do so.
●post, use, transmit or distribute directly or indirectly (e.g. screen scrape) in any manner or media any content or information obtained from the Service other than solely in connection with your use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
register accounts or post Content automatically, systematically, or programmatically.
●Create unnecessary amounts of accounts. If we determine you have created various accounts to spam, misinterpret, or for any other malicious reasons we reserve the right to terminate your account without notice.
You agree that we may access, preserve and disclose your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary, such as to (i) comply with legal process; (ii) enforce this Agreement; (iii) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (iv) respond to your requests for customer service; or (v) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Company or any other person.
While we make every effort to promote a respectful and positive environment within the Services, we are not responsible for the actions or behavior of any user, whether online or offline. We encourage all users to engage with caution and discretion when interacting with other members, especially if you choose to communicate outside of the Service or meet in person. Please be aware that online interactions may not always reflect real-world behavior, and it is important to prioritize your safety and well-being at all times.
We strongly advise against sharing sensitive personal or financial information, such as your credit card details, bank account numbers, or any other confidential data, with other users. Additionally, you should not transfer or send money to other users through any means, including wire transfers, payments, or other financial transactions.
You are solely responsible for your interactions and relationships with other members of the platform. While we may choose, at our discretion, to monitor disputes or reports of inappropriate conduct, we are under no obligation to do so. We reserve the right to intervene or take action in cases where we deem necessary, but we are not liable for the outcomes of any interactions you have with other users. Always exercise caution and take necessary precautions to ensure your safety in all online and offline exchanges.
We are always striving to improve the Services and bring you the additional functionality that you will find useful. This means we may add new product features or enhancements from time to time as well as remove some features, and if these actions do not materially affect your rights or obligations, we may not provide you with notice before taking them. We may even suspend the Services entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason. We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated this Agreement.
Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the mobile application and website and the Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate. You represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that your use of the Service shall not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Your profile may be deleted without warning if it is found that you are misrepresenting your age. Your Membership is solely for your personal use, and you shall not authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address. You are solely responsible for all Content published or displayed through your account, including any email messages, and for your interactions with other members.
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
● Sharing, uploading, posting, or distributing any content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse, exploitation, or nudity;
● Requesting, circulating, or engaging with CSAM in any manner;
● Participating in any communication or activity that could facilitate the abuse or exploitation of children.
Any user found to be involved in CSAM-related activities will have their account immediately deactivated, and we will notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We are fully committed to safeguarding the well-being of children and will take all necessary actions to prevent the spread of CSAM on our platform.
Certain features and services are offered for a fee. By purchasing any paid services, you agree to pay the specified price and understand that all transactions are final. Payments for premium features, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
We strongly encourage you to review the details of any paid services before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular service, please contact us prior to completing your transaction.
We are not liable for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on our mobile application, whether caused by users of the platform, Members, or any equipment or software related to or used in the Service. We also do not take responsibility for the actions or behavior of any user or Member of the Service, whether they occur online or offline.
We do not accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of any user or Member communication. Our Services are not responsible for any issues or technical malfunctions, including those related to telephone networks, wireless devices, servers, or providers. This also includes problems caused by email failures, player errors, or technical issues, as well as any internet traffic congestion that affects the mobile application, or related services.
Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, arising from the use of the mobile application, from any Content posted or transmitted to Members, or from interactions between users, whether online or offline.
The mobile application are provided "AS-IS." We expressly disclaim any warranties, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We cannot guarantee or promise any specific outcomes or results from using the mobile application.
Additionally, we are not responsible for any third-party advertisements that appear on our Service's mobile application,. We do not assume any responsibility for the products or services provided by these advertisers.
